Therefore we have a rather loose cancellation policy for boarding, sitting and grooming reservations:

-appointments cancelled less than four hours before the scheduled time will be charged $5 fee.

Because Paws and Claws performs various duties both in-house and out-of-house, we must stress the importance of accurate appointment times for grooming and boarding drop-offs or pick-ups. Therefore, late appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be charged a $10 fee and appointment slot may no longer be guaranteed on that day. A phone call will be issued after 10 minutes to check-in and possibly reschedule.
