Small Animal Sitting, Boarding and Grooming
Paws and Claws also has experience in caring for small companion animals including birds, ferrets, hedgehogs, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, turtles, tortoises and other companion reptiles.

Pet sitting in your home, and/or boarding out of our home are available depending on type and quantity of pet(s) needing care.

Rabbit -$15
Ferret - $15

Guinea Pig- $10

We are able to care for multiple pets but if they are not sharing a cage an additional cage fee may apply.
​
Please bring enough food and bedding for the duration of your pet's stay.
​
All small animals will be provided with outside cage time every day, whether they be inside/outside in a playpen or rolling around in an exercise ball. They are also handled multiple times a day.

Small Animal Sitting
Your pet can also be visited in the comfort of their own home. We encourage this option for birds, large reptiles and aquariums that are difficult to transport.
​
Unlike boarding, there is no cost for an additional animal.
​
One visit- $10 to $15 depending on distance
Two visits- $20-25 depending on distance
​
A fuel surcharge will be added for distances over 16 miles one-way.
Grooming
In addition to dogs and cats, we also provide grooming care for small animals. Most services are performed out of our home, but we are able to travel to your home for the comfort of your pet.

Bath- $10
Mat removal- $5-15 depending on severity
